Nirvana fitness, opinn tími, 27. sept. kl. 18:40

We want to invite everyone to Nirvana Fitness (We can also call it mix of yoga & pilates exercises) class on 27th of September at 18:45 in Höfðabakki 3, 110 Reykjavik.
The class is taking place in a candle lighted room, where the mats are placed in a circle. This creates a magic atmosphere, as well as the deeper connection between participants and the instructor.
Therefore, Nirvana Fitness can be considered as a movement meditation - a perfect solution for the ones who wants to start meditating, but find it difficult to stay still.
Technique of each exercise including assigned breathing patterns is taught prior to starting exercising with a music. As soon as the students learn the move, they can just close they eyes, and feel the flow of the movement.
Your well-being depends on how well you take care of yourself daily. And there is a simple way to improve it: just by breathing correctly!
